Greene King Inns - Growth Strategy & Execution

With over 140 hotels and Inns across the country, Greene King Inns is the fifth largest UK hotel company by number. We engaged with GKI over a period of nine months starting by developing a strategy for growth, where we identified areas of opportunities and transformation. The strategy had three levers; Digital including distribution, Guest experience and Talent enhancement. We then implemented the strategy working across multiple functions and with senior stakeholders. We were thrilled that with our support GKI achieved best growth results in two years.

PointA Hotels - Brand Strategy & Guest Experience

PointA is a boutique hotel brand with presence in London, Glasgow and Edinburgh. We helped create the brand right from the start, developing the brand strategy and activating it across the entire guest journey via innovative concepts to bring the brand to life. From developing “The Brekkie”, to the “A-List” loyalty and partnerships programme, to the launch of the website, our involvement with PointA was from inception to delivery. The brand became award-sinning within 18 months from launch and continues to grow on solid foundations.

RaspberrySky - Re-positioning, Visual Identity & Website

RaspberrySky is a well-established commercial consultancy specialised in the travel and hospitality sector. We re-positioned the business, updating its visual identity to a contemporary professional brand image with a unique personality and proposition. We then designed and built a new website showcasing the new brand and revamping the content to align with the business values and proposition. The client was thrilled with the outcome and got plenty of praise for the refreshed branding and website.

Lifeways Group - Insight & USPs

Lifeways is the UK’s largest supported living specialist, helping people with learning disabilities, physical and mental health needs live more fulfilling independent lives. We carried out a market competitive benchmarking as well as qualitative research with various stakeholders groups to gather insight and hone in on what makes Lifeways unique and relevant. Then we helped define Lifeways key messages and USPs that underpins its comms and content strategy, allowing it to standout in a saturated relatively commoditiesed market.

Sloane Place Hotel - Target Audience

Sloane Place is a boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of Chelsea. We helped with the creation of the brand proposition, taking into account the location and type of audience who would be attracted to the offering. Through market analysis and benchmarking, we helped identify the target market which we brought to life by creating customer personas to cover the various customer segments. These personas served as the basis for the brand visual identity, the customer journey and brand visualisation from signage to photography and website.

EBCC - Business & Marketing Strategy

The Chamber of commerce’s main objective is to promote bilateral trade with the UK. We worked with the chamber’s team to lay a sustainable growth plan. We conducted a thorough review of the EBCC’s activities, interviewed members and benchmarked vs parallel organisations. We then developed a robust business strategy with an overall mission statement and clear areas of opportunity. The strategy was endorsed by the board. We then developed an actionable plan with clear objectives and KPIs and helped with implementation.
